Tony
Saunders is the owner of TSMotoring Driving School.
He has been a driving instructor for 5 years following a long
career in mechanical
engineering and has a thorough knowledge of cars both inside and
out.
Tony is an easy going, non smoking, approachable man who takes
time to assess the level of his students abilities and always
aims to tailor his lessons to the individual, whether an absolute
beginner or advanced student ready for a test. He understands
that some people will find learning to drive a simple, pleasurable
process while for others it is hard work that they are undertaking
out of necessity- perhaps to improve job prospects or because
public transport and access to amenities is poor where they live. Choosing
TSMotoring Driving School means that you will have an
instructor who is able to quickly progress the most gifted
students and
to work steadily with those who find learning to drive a chore.

Driving School services do not stop when you have successfully
passed
your test. Tony believes that driving is a skill that we can
always improve and refine- to this end he is a qualified Pass
Plus instructor which means that he can continue to offer instruction
after passing a test in areas such as night or motorway driving.
These are vital skills which are not covered during training
for a driving test and incidentally many insurance companies
offer discounts to new drivers who have completed a pass plus
course.
Away from work, Tony is a keen runner who is often to be seen
pounding the streets of Portsmouth in preparation for his next
race. He has completed the London marathon in 2hrs 35mins.
